Fulfillment of this responsibility is achieved at all New Flyer facilities using the framework of formal quality, environmental, and health & safety management systems consistent with the principles of ISO 9001, ISO14001, and OHSAS 18001. New Flyer will minimize our impact on the environment, and keep its commitment to product quality, worker safety, and the prevention of pollution while ensuring profitable operations. These systems help New Flyer to meet its commitment to comply with all applicable environmental and health & safety legislation and standards. It provides a framework for senior management to set and review quality, environmental, and health & safety objectives and targets, thus ensuring continual improvement.

New Flyer is committed to ensuring that the Management System is appropriate to cover the nature, scale and effects of any environmental or health & safety impacts of the four facilities represented. New Flyer is also committed to continual improvement of the system by the use of regular audits and management reviews, prevention of pollution, complying with relevant environmental and health & safety legislation, regulations and all other environmental and health & safety requirements where known.
